✦ Medium or long projects: Between 1 and 6 months, depending on the type of illustration.I can give you an approximate delivery date, but it is not a guaranteed date, as each illustration has different production times.Highly customized, large-scale projects or projects with multiple versions may take longer.By placing an order, you agree that:✦ Deadlines are not immediate.
✦ Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, provided that the client responds in a timely and collaborative manner.
✦ Repeatedly requesting updates does not speed up the process.➡ Waiting time alone is not grounds for requesting a refund if the work is within the specified deadlines or progress can be seen.I always try to maintain clear communication if any doubts, questions, or delays arise.You can write to me whenever you want. If you do not receive a response, please resend your message or contact me again, as messages can sometimes get lost due to the high volume of requests I receive each day or for various personal reasons that prevent me from responding immediately.• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.2- Attempts at fraud or malicious refundsAny attempt to request a refund dishonestly before waiting for a response first and making improper returns, involving third parties, or filing false claims after an order has been placed, accepted, started, or delivered may be considered a fraudulent act.In such cases, I reserve the right to:✦ Submit all necessary evidence of work progress, communications, and files to the relevant payment platform.
✦ Immediately and permanently blacklist the customer.The customer understands that a commission is a personalized digital art service. Misuse of refund systems in bad faith does not eliminate the artist's rights or the previously accepted terms.3- Order refund policy
Refund requests will only be accepted in the following cases:✦ If the order has not yet begun and I have exceeded the agreed deadline.
✦ If the customer provides verifiable justification and the work has not yet begun.In certain situations, the order may be canceled without the right to a refund. In that case, any part of the work already completed will remain my property and I may modify, reuse, or resell it if I deem it necessary.No refunds will be made in the following cases:✦ Client indecision or lack of a clearly defined concept.
✦ If you decide to cancel the commission without a valid reason.
✦ If there is disrespect, harassment, or excessive pressure towards me or my way of working.
-----------------------------------------------------------✦ I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.✦ There will be NO changes after the commission has been finished.✦ Posing edits are only available during the sketch phase. I will do up to 3 small alterations for free (color adjustments, adding/removing accessories, etc.) any after that or large changes may cost money depending on complexity.✦ Every weekend I take a break from commissions✦ Please don't rush me, I'm a slow artist thanks to constant back pain :,)✦ I claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:✦ Promote myself with it everywhere
✦ Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)✦ Post it wherever I want
The buyer is allowed to:✦ Use the commissioned piece for personal (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.) as long as I get proper credit.✦ Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.✦ Commercial use incurs an additional cost!
